A modern design that would scale properly

Existing intranet was to be centralized and given a new, intuitive UX design. Our primary goal was to create a concrete added value for daily internal communication and work with the new intranet and to achieve even greater efficiency. The overall performance and usability of the website needed to be improved and the content updated to accurately reflect all that they have to offer.

We started with a brand assessment. After which a thorough employee experience analysis followed. Using the insights collected from these assessments, we developed a sleek and effortless website that revolves around values and story.

Employee experience analysis

The biggest technology highlight of this project was the connection with two APIs for the employees’ that targets. Another technical challenge was the integration of the complex HR system needed for the career feature of the website.
